7f77 monitors accounts and activity using automated and manual processes. Where prohibited activity is suspected, accounts will be suspended pending investigation without prior notice. We cooperate with law enforcement authorities where required.
7f77 may suspend or close an account at any time in the following circumstances:
Where an account is closed for breach of these Terms, any balance — including pending withdrawals — may be forfeited in full if it is determined that the balance was derived from or related to the breach. Where a closure is administrative in nature and no breach has occurred, any remaining real-money balance will be returned via the player's usual withdrawal method after any outstanding verification is completed.
Players who wish to close their account voluntarily may do so at any time by contacting 7f77 support at support@7f77.im. Voluntary closure requests for responsible gaming reasons will be treated with priority.
